The Department of Language and Culture, along with Clic Culture Language Indian Connection, is organizing the Batkuma Festival at Ravindra Bharati on 28th September. The Tourism Minister, Mr. Jupally Krishna Reddy, Mr. Narsimha Reddy, Director of Language and Culture, and Convener Mr. Parmanand Sharma called for a meeting of all Indian state representatives to participate in the festival. The Director added that elaborate arrangements have been made for conducting the event.
