A police officer allegedly allowed his minor granddaughter to drive a car on a busy Hyderabad road, causing traffic congestion and triggering public outrage.
The incident, captured on video, has gone viral after locals claimed the officer defended his actions instead of acknowledging the alleged violation.
The incident reportedly took place on the Gandhamguda–Bairagiguda main road, where a car bearing registration number TS 07 GP 7450 was seen moving unusually slowly, resulting in a traffic bottleneck.
Curious motorists and residents approached the vehicle to find a minor girl seated behind the wheel while the police officer occupied the front passenger seat.
According to eyewitnesses, vehicles piled up on the busy stretch as the car moved erratically at a very slow pace.
